DESCRIPTION:Aaaargh, Matey's....have you heard about the biggest bash on Lake Wedowee this summer?&nbsp; Come enjoy the hilarious suspense of who will finish the race in their boat, and who will do a Titanic.&nbsp; Enter a boat yourself....see our website with free downloads including 'How to Build A Killer Boat and Race It'.<br><br>Free admission &amp; parking for this Fun-Raiser for Randolph County Animal Shelter.&nbsp; Lard Bucket Blue Grass Band is playing by Land and by Sea.<br><br>Last year 34 home made cardboard boats raced with 80 paddlers for 26 photo plaque awards.&nbsp; Five possible races to enter, grouped by youth/adult and type of boat.&nbsp; The day concludes with the Demolition Derby, where the winner rows off with the Plundering Pirate award.<br><br><strong>We will have pets onsite for adoption !!</strong><br><br>Reasonable priced breakfast and lunch on site.<br>&nbsp;<br>Pony Rides (youth) $2<br><br>Inner Tube races $2 per racer.&nbsp; <br>&nbsp;&nbsp; We supply tubes and prizes.&nbsp; Bring a life jacket!<br><br>Cardboard boat racers must check in <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">before</span></strong> 11am for the 1pm races.<br><br>See you at the races, Matey !<br>Rain date 6/2/12<br>
