Fee for participants only. You (and your crew) build a cardboard boat of your own design...get inside it and row it around the river buoys...for awards and fame. Visit the website for forms, boat building manual, photos/vid from last year's hilarity.  Come join our boat building clinic 1/30/2010 and we'll show you how to build a boat.  It's lots more fun being in the race than watching it.
